Privacy Policy

Scope of this policy

The DinoSpirit Keyword Engine is a private internal tool used only by authorized DinoSpirit staff and contractors. It supports keyword research and preparation of Google Merchant Center product copy for the DinoSpirit store. It has no public user registration and is not offered to customers or third parties.

Google data we access

• Google Ads API data needed to request keyword ideas, historical search metrics, and competition information for product-relevant terms.
• Google Sheets data in one privately controlled spreadsheet used to read and store research results, review status, and draft Merchant Center copy.
• OAuth authorization information required to maintain the approved connection. Passwords are never collected.

How we use Google data

Google data is used only to research relevant product keywords, evaluate search demand, prepare draft product titles and descriptions, and support internal human review. The tool does not create or modify campaigns, advertisements, bids, budgets, billing, conversions, audiences, user access, or Google Ads account settings.

Storage, retention, and security

Research results and approved drafts are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by DinoSpirit. OAuth credentials and application secrets are stored separately from the spreadsheet and are limited to authorized operators. Data is retained only while needed for the internal workflow, legal obligations, security, and troubleshooting.

Sharing and transfer

Google user data is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared for advertising. It is not disclosed to customers or unrelated third parties. Access may be provided only to authorized staff, contractors acting for Winchi LLC, infrastructure providers needed to operate the tool, or authorities when legally required.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The DinoSpirit Keyword Engine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your controls

Authorized users may revoke the application's access through their Google Account security settings. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or authorization can be sent to dinospirit.com@gmail.com.
