Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the DinoSpirit Keyword Engine, a private internal application operated by Winchi LLC.
Authorized use
Access is limited to DinoSpirit's owner and authorized employees or contractors acting on behalf of Winchi LLC. The application is not available to the general public, customers, or external clients.
Purpose
The application may be used only for DinoSpirit product keyword research, evaluation of search-demand signals, preparation of draft Merchant Center copy, and related internal review.
Restrictions
- Do not share credentials or grant unauthorized access.
- Do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, resale, or third-party services.
- Do not attempt to use the application to alter campaigns, billing, account access, or other unsupported Google Ads resources.
- Do not publish draft content that has not completed the required review.
Availability and changes
Winchi LLC may suspend, update, or discontinue this internal application when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or business operations. These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the application or applicable requirements.
